Making Teaching - Learning Interesting - A workshop at Ahmedabad

Professional Development Workshop on

Making Teaching – Learning Interesting

Day & Date:   Saturday, April 19, 2014            Time   10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Venue: Calorx Teachers’ University Campus, Greenwood,
Near Vaishnodevi Temple, Ognaj, Sardar Patel Ring Road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Need of the workshop
Students show lack of interest in a subject since they do not see its relevance with life. Real learning happens when the teacher takes a back seat and becomes a guide for the student where he/she is given the freedom to explore the topic that is taught. The more interactive a session, the better it is for the child. This workshop will definitely open up a lot of venues for a teacher to bring liveliness into her classroom and make teaching and learning interesting.

·         Introduce inquiry-based approach to learning in the classroom.
·         To train the educator for harnessing the natural learning ability of a child.
